Contact us |
Please use the current information in the About Us section of this Web site to contact us about your information. We will correct or delete your information after verifying that you requested such action. |
What personal information we collect and why |
At this time we record your name, address, phone number and e-mail address for the shipping process. We use PayPal for payment processing. PayPal maintains your financial accounts information and we do not have access to that information. |
What we do with this information |
- We record it in our accounting system as a customer account.
- We may contact you during the order fulfillment process for additional information or to discuss issues such as product availability.
- We may at some time in the future send you a newsletter or notifications that additional products are available for your previous purchases. If at that time you do not wish to receive more newsletters or other such correspondence than you should contact us to unsubscribe.

Our process for protecting your information |
We maintain your personal information only in our accounting system. This system is protected with the normal user name and password and our hard disks are password protected so if stolen they are useless. Access to the accounting system is restricted to those performing the bookkeeping and accounting functions.
We maintain no personal information on the Web. Our accounting system is behind multiple firewalls with-in our internal network and has additional security such as anti-virus software and processes for avoiding hacking, trojans, and other such mal-ware.
We use PayPal as a primary means of protecting your payment accounts information. They have some of the top security people in the world designing and operating their systems. We never see your credit card numbers.
Spammers may use our email server to hide their identity and send you a message that appears to come from us. Our email server uses the latest authentication to protect us but you should always be alert to suspicious email from whatever source. |
Circumstances for disclosure |
We do not release your personal information to anyone other than what is necessary to fulfill your order. We generally use a nearby UPS certified store for shipping and UPS as the carrier. They see your name and address and phone number.
We DO NOT provide your information to "other quality companies whose products you may find of interest" or other such pitch. Maybe we are missing some great marketing opportunity but at Intiri we have the CPA firm heritage of all our initial shareholders and founders.
While this is not anticipated at this date, we may sell or merge our company at some time in the future. As is a normal business practice, your personal information would stay with this business during an ownership change. However, we will include a privacy term in the contract that will protect you and give you access to your data.
Lastly, if a court of competent jurisdiction tells us we must disclose your data under court order then we have to comply. |
Technology |
In the future we will use cookies to provide anonymous tracking of Web site visitors. No personal information is stored or transmitted with cookies, small files that temporarily live on your hard disk in the Cookies folder. Our Web site server statistics give us interesting and useful information about visitors but we see no personal information. These statistics are something like reading animal tracks in the forest. Useful information at times but you know little about the individual animal. |
Children |
We do not knowingly sell items to children. Buyers are required to have a credit card and it is their responsibility to manage the use of that card. If you are under 18 years old you may purchase from us only with the written permission of a parent or guardian. If you are under 13 then we will not collect your information and not be able to sell to you. We will however be happy to sell to adults you know. |
Information sent to the United States |
This applies to non-US customers. Intiri, Inc. is in the United States and we will collect and maintain that information in the US. By sending us your personal information you consent to this transfer to the US. The State of California will have jurisdiction in any related disputes. |
Privacy statement revisions |
We will change our privacy statement for changes in our business or due to legal issues that arise such as new legislation. We will email customers a notice about material changes if we have an email address on file. |
