Our Business Policies
Representation of the products
We have accurately stated everything that we think is important with the products we offer you. We have photographed the items for close inspection. You have the opportunity to email questions for us before you buy. You understand that some items are handcrafted and will have small imperfections that are the nature of non-production items. You also understand that colors may not display accurately on your monitor. We use calibrated monitors but even with great effort the colors will change slightly from scene to camera to computer to browser.
Backorders
Our kits sell with suggested quantities of the components . If the buyer would like additional quantities of items, say a setting for eight instead of four, then the additional items may not be in stock, or even readily available to us. Contact us about what we have in stock and expected back order times. We are often supplied by crafts people so patience is necessary.
California sales tax
If the buyer has a location in California then we must charge the current sales tax with this transaction.
Shipping:
Buyer must have a confirmed PayPal address for shipping. Insurance is not optional. We ship UPS because the tracking service is reliable, unlike USPS, and if the item is lost in the USPS system then we have to wait 30 days before we can file a claim. For only a few dollars more the buyer and seller get more peace of mind with UPS. Some rural buyers are best served with USPS and we'll discuss that if you need to use USPS. All items are shipping with insurance and that cost is added to the shipping charge.
Shipping only within the 50 United States. Additional charge for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. No P.O. Boxes. Item shipped within five business days of purchase, sooner if possible. Tracking information will be emailed to you.
Disputes
Arbitration by California law.
Returns
- 5 day return limit from when the order was received.
- Refund to the purchase price, not shipping, and only if the products are unused.
- Buyer pays return shipping costs and include the items in the original packaging.
- No refund if the contents are poorly packaged and damaged.
- Email us for return authorization first. Due to the fragile nature of the items, packaging is to be done by a UPS certified store. Intiri, Inc. is not responsible for other costs that you may incur.
- There is a restocking fee of 15% - because it is a lot of work.
Why all this hassle? Some people order for an event and then return the items. Others have a habit of ordering and rarely buying. This sucks the life out of small businesses. Unfortunately return policies have been abused by a few buyers so Web retailers have to ask that the buyer shares a bit in the costs to discourage those who play games with the process.

By purchasing our products you consent to our policies above. They are not negotiable after purchase. This is a contract of sale.
